§ 113.05 ISSUANCE OF HORSE-DRAWN CARRIAGE BUSINESS LICENSES.

Upon receipt of the completed application pursuant to § 113.02 of this chapter, filing of bond or insurance as required by § 113.04, and payment of the application and license fees provided in § 113.11, the Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a horse-drawn carriage business license to the applicant.
