In addition to the information required by § 112.05, each applicant for a taxicab license shall present and file with the Clerk-Treasurer, a signed application setting forth the trade name under which the applicant intends to do business; the number of vehicles and a general description of each vehicle for which a license is desired, the marking or lettering to be used thereon; and any other information required by the Clerk-Treasurer pertinent to the issuance of such license.
