(A) The fee for a certificate required by this subchapter shall be $25.
(B) Any person exempted by the laws of the state from the payment of the registration fee required by division (A) above shall, before beginning the business, present the Clerk-Treasurer his or her credentials, showing that he or she is entitled to exemption and shall execute and file a bond as required by § 110.29, and, upon approval of the bond by the Clerk-Treasurer, shall then receive a registration certificate from the Clerk-Treasurer.
