§ 110.30 BLANKET CERTIFICATE.
   Any recognized, established, civic or charitable organization may obtain a blanket certificate for all itinerant merchants, peddlers or solicitors operating in and upon any public location in any event sponsored by the organization, subject to the approval by the City Council. This blanket certificate shall be issued after the name, address and type of business of the itinerant merchant, peddler or solicitor is submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer by that organization. No fee shall be charged for the blanket certificate and the applicant shall be charged for the blanket certificate and the applicant shall not be subject to the 60-day waiting period set out in § 110.26. Each person listed shall be considered as a separate certificate and shall be subject to the provisions of § 110.37.
