Any person or firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense, plus court costs and other expenses incurred in the enforcement of the said sections, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. This penalty is in addition to any penalties provided for in § 97.98(C).
