§ 92.47 HAZARDS FOUND DURING INSPECTIONS.
   Should an inspection, as outlined in § 92.46, disclose any unsatisfactory or unsafe condition of fire prevention or fire protection, a report of the facts will be made by fire force personnel to the Police Chief, who will issue an order outlining the corrections to be made within ten days. That order will be served personally by the occupant or owner of the premises by the Police Department; if the occupant or owner cannot be found, service may be made by certified mail to the occupant's or owner's last known post office address.
