Because of the danger to firefighters and because of the danger to children attracted to those things, unnatural objects left near buildings, including, but not limited to, refrigerators, washing machines, junked and unlicensed motor vehicles, are hereby declared nuisances, except in lawfully operated junkyards. The owner or occupant of premises within the city shall not allow these objects to remain thereon.
