§ 92.03 BONFIRES.

The provisions of this section shall not be applicable in the event a person is in constant attendance of the burning bonfire. No person shall kindle any bonfire except within a wire, metal, concrete or similar nonflammable container or enclosure with a wire or metal cover, which bonfire, in every case, must be at least 15 feet from any building or combustible material and must be burned between sunrise and sunset.
