§ 90.34 PERSONNEL, PROPERTY AND TOWING CONTRACTS.

   Pursuant to IC 9-22-1-31, to facilitate the removal of abandoned vehicles or parts, the Police Department may:

   (A)   Employ personnel;

   (B)   Acquire equipment, property, and facilities; and

   (C)   Enter into towing contracts: for the removal, storage, and disposition of abandoned vehicles and parts.
