Pursuant to IC 9-22-1-18, upon complaint of a person who owns or controls private property that a vehicle has been left on the property for at least 48 hours without the consent of the person who owns or controls the property, an officer shall follow the procedures set forth in § 90.18 through § 90.21 of this chapter.
