§ 90.24 NOTICE TO POLICE DEPARTMENT BY TOWING SERVICE REMOVING VEHICLE FROM POSSESSION OF NONOWNER OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   Pursuant to IC 9-22-1-17, a towing service that tows a vehicle under § 90.23 of this chapter shall give notice to the Police Department that the abandoned vehicle is in the possession of the towing service.
