§ 90.16 FAILURE OF OWNER OR LIENHOLDER TO APPEAR; INABILITY TO DETERMINE OWNERSHIP; DECLARING VEHICLE ABANDONED.

   Pursuant to IC 9-22-1-7, if:

   (A)   The owner or lienholder under § 90.17 of this chapter does not appear and pay all costs; or

   (B)   The owner of a vehicle cannot be determined by a search conducted under § 90.26 of this chapter; the vehicle is considered abandoned and must be disposed of under this chapter.
