Recreational off-highway vehicles, as defined by IC 14-8-2-233.5, and also known as “UTV’s” and/or “Side-by-Sides” shall be permitted on city owned streets provided the following conditions are met:
(A) The operator of the recreational off-highway vehicle has a valid driver’s license;
(B) The recreational off-highway vehicle has been insured; and
(C) The recreational off-highway vehicle has been registered with the State of Indiana.
