§ 73.06 EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Nothing in this subchapter shall apply to any self-propelled, two-wheeled vehicle.
   (B)   Nothing in this subchapter shall apply to motorized carts operated by the city or carts being operated for special events with permission of the Mayor or Chief of Police.
