SCHEDULE I. STOP INTERSECTIONS.

(A) Two-way stop intersections. Where indicated, every operator of a vehicle or other conveyance shall bring his or her vehicle or other conveyance to a stop at these signs or at a clearly marked stop line before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer.

(B) Three-way stop intersections. Stop signs shall be erected at the following intersections so as to indicate that intersection is a three-way stop. Every operator of a vehicle or other conveyance shall bring his or her vehicle or other conveyance to a stop at these signs or at a clearly marked stop line before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer.
