§ 70.06 AUTHORITY OF FIRE DEPARTMENT TO DIRECT TRAFFIC AT FIRE SCENES.
   The Fire Department officer in command or any firefighter designated by the officer in command may exercise the powers and authority of a police officer in directing traffic at the scene of any fire or where the Fire Department has responded to an emergency call for so long as the Fire Department equipment is at the scene or assisting police.
