§ 10.19 TAMPERING, DESTROYING OR REFUSING TO UPDATE CODE.
   It shall be an offense for any city official, elected or appointed, to destroy, deface, dispose or refuse to update this code of ordinances, punishable be a fine of at least $100 and not more than $2,000 and that official shall be liable for censure or recall, as permitted by law.
