(A) A Water System Capacity Fee is hereby created and is required to be paid to the RSMU prior to the connection of any new water service to the Rising Sun Municipal Utility's public water system or the modification of an existing water service which would increase its capacity.
(B) The Water System Capacity Fee shall be as set forth in § 55.26 entitled “Water System capacity Fee Schedule” and attached hereto.
(C) The Superintendent shall review the Water System Capacity Fee Schedule at least once every two (2) years and report to the Board any recommended adjustments to the “Water System Capacity Fee Schedule.”
