§ 53.45 CLEANUP BY CONTRACTOR, DEVELOPER, BUILDER.
   (A)   Construction of any project is not complete until all cleanup procedures are satisfactorily done.
   (B)   Cleanup shall include the physical removal of all debris; for example, papers, excess and broken material, excess spoil bank, felled trees, trash, and the like. Sod, shrubs, and/or trees that have been destroyed or removed in the process must be replaces. Sidewalks, streets, and curb and gutter, steps, walls, other utility services, driveways and borrow ditches shall be restored to original condition or better. Once the restoration is complete and approval has been made, follow-up inspection of the site should be made by the contractor or developer or builder to perform necessary maintenance because of settling of the terrain.
