(A) It shall be the accepted policy that all water customers shall notify the City Municipal Utilities of their need to fill their pool. If they prefer to have this service provided by the City Volunteer Fire Department rather than by means of their residential water service, the Utilities will notify the Fire Department for their follow-up with the customer.
(B) The date the service is needed and the pool dimensions shall be given to the Utility office personnel.
(C) The customer will be billed by the Utilities for the amount of water usage. It is an accepted practice for the Fire Department to receive donations for their service.
(D) It shall be the responsibility of the City Municipal Utilities Superintendent, the Utilities office manager, and the Chief and President of the City Volunteer Fire Department to carry out this policy as directed by the officials of the Board of Public Works.
