(A) The customer is responsible for the water line from the water meter tile to his point of destination (inside the corporation limits). Therefore, the customer is liable for all water metered through the meter in case of a broken water line on customer's property.
(B) The customer will not have to pay sewer charges for the total amount of water lost if the broken water line is between the customer's dwelling and the water meter tile. The customer will be charged an average sewer charge in this case.
