(A) As part of the services provided by the city, recyclable items, including newsprint, aluminum beverage cans, bi-metal and ferrous cans, Category One (polyethyl terepthalate) plastic containers, Category Two (high density polyethylene) plastic containers, and clear glass bottles shall be collected on a weekly basis.
(B) Recyclables shall be placed in container(s) and bin(s) provided by the city.
(1) Recyclable items shall contain no free-flowing liquids, but need not be free of labels.
(2) Recyclable plastic beverage containers shall have caps and neck rings removed.
