§ 37.05 PAYMENT OF CIVIL PENALTIES.
   (A)   Civil penalties shall be paid to, receipted and accounted for by the violations clerk under procedures provided by the State Board of Accounts.
   (B)   Payment of civil penalties may be made in person or by mail to the violations clerk.
