§ 37.02 BUREAU CLERK.
   The city hereby establishes the position of Ordinance Violations Bureau Clerk ("Bureau Clerk") and designates the elected Clerk-Treasurer to serve as administrator of the Bureau, as authorized under the laws of the State of Indiana.
