§ 33.074 FEE FOR BACKGROUND CHECKS/CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECKS.
   A fee of $10 shall be charged for each background check/criminal history check performed at the county Sheriff’s Department. The funds collected from this fee shall be deposited into the Sheriff’s Department Uniform Fund.
