§ 33.070 RECORDING DOCUMENT FEE.
   (A)   Effective as of 8:00 a.m. on 1-2-1996, a supplemental fee for recording a document in the amount of $3 per document shall be charged by the County Recorder’s office.
   (B)   All revenue received by the Recorder pursuant to this section shall be deposited to the County Recorder’s Records Perpetuation Fund.
   (C)   The County Recorder shall post the fee set forth in this section in a prominent place with the Recorder’s office easily visible by the general public.
