The Board of Commissioners of the county hereby limits the collection amount to the actual NSF fee charged to county government offices by the depository bank of the county government, plus cost of providing notice, in the amount of $10 and that said amounts for a NSF check may be placed upon the person’s, persons’, entity’s or entities’ taxes, (that presented said NSF check), by the Treasurer of the county.
