§ 33.048 COMMUNITY TRANSITION PROGRAM FUND.
   Fees collected and/or other related funds received for application and use in the community transition program shall be deposited to a separate fund to be known as the Community Transition Program Fund for appropriation and disbursement in accordance with state law, including the interest earned thereon.
