§ 33.047 COURT ORDERED TESTING FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a new fund to be known as the Court Ordered Testing Fund into which the user fees collected for the drug screens will be deposited and from which the cost of administering the drug screens shall be paid.
   (B)   Said Court Ordered Testing Fund shall be a non-reverting fund so that the balance, if any, at the end of the calendar year shall be carried over to the next calendar year.
   (C)   The County Probation Department shall use these funds:
      (1)   To develop, implement and administer drug screens to individuals as ordered by the County Circuit Court and the County Superior Court;
      (2)   Determine the individual costs associated with the administration of drug screens;
      (3)   Assess a fee for the individual cost to the adult or juvenile participant and/or other responsible party, in compliance with the financial guidelines as established by the County Circuit Court and the County Superior Court; and
      (4)   Collect and deposit the fees to the Court Ordered Testing Fund to pay the costs associated with the administration of drug screens.
