§ 33.045 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a fund to be known as Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) Fund.
   (B)   The funds received by the county as revenues from emergency medical services billings or donations be deposited to the Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) Fund.
   (C)   Interest earned on the Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) Fund shall be deposited to and/or retained in said Fund.
