§ 33.041 RIVERBOAT WAGERING REVENUE SHARING FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a fund to be known as Riverboat Wagering Tax Revenue Sharing Fund.
   (B)   The funds received from the state as a distribution of wagering taxes under I.C. 4-3-13-5 shall be deposited to the Riverboat Wagering Tax Revenue Sharing Fund.
   (C)   Interest earned on the Riverboat Wagering Tax Revenue Sharing Fund shall be deposited to and/or retained in said Fund.
