§ 33.039 JUVENILE SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAM FUND.
   Fees collected and/or other related funds received for application and use in the juvenile substance abuse program, and including interest earned, shall be deposited to a separate fund to be known as the Juvenile Substance Abuse Program Fund for appropriation and disbursement in accordance with state law.
