§ 33.038 SUBSTANCE ABUSE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM FUND.
   The fees collected or received for enrollment and use in the substance abuse outpatient program shall be deposited to a separate fund to be known as the Substance Abuse Outpatient Program Fund for appropriation and disbursement in accordance with state law and the County Council.
