(A) The Board of Commissioners of the county hereby limits the claim for the burial allowance to $250 and limits the claim for the marker placement allowance to $100.
(B) The Board of Commissioners of the county shall pay such a claim for a burial allowance one time, payable either when the veteran dies or when the spouse of a veteran dies, but not both, as per State Form 49890.
(C) The Board of Commissioners of the county shall pay a claim for the marker placement allowance only when a marker is supplied by the Federal Government, and the claim for said allowance must be accompanied by VA Form 40-1330.
