§ 50.15 PURPOSE.
   This subchapter regulates the construction, maintenance and operation of sewage disposal systems in the county and provides penalties for violation of these regulations. In, addition, adopted by reference will be Indiana Department of Health Rule 410 IAC 6-8.3.
