(A) That funds, from private donations or public appropriations, will be separated and deposited in the Safe Haven Project Fund - Milan EMS (212 Maple Street, Milan, IN 47031), as directed by donor(s).
(B) The funds, from private donations or public appropriations, will be separated and deposited in the Safe Haven Project Fund - Versailles EMS (727 West Hopewell Road, Versailles, IN 47042), as directed by donor(s).
(C) The Ripley County Safe Haven Project Fund, Milan EMS or Versailles EMS, may be used as follows at either location: installation of a Safe Haven Baby Box, alarm and monitoring equipment, along with the continued operational cost, phone line, maintenance and annual service fee of the box and equipment.
