§ 33.053 MVH FUND.
   (A)   There is established MCH Fund #1173 for which monies and funds from all appropriate sources may be deposited and held, distributed for the purposes as set forth in I.C. 8-1-14-4(a), or as thereafter amended, and accounted for as per the recommendation of the Indiana State Board of Accounts; and
   (B)   Any unused funds shall remain in said MCH Fund #1173.
