(A) There is hereby established Ripley County, Indiana Fund 1303 Rainy Day Restricted for which monies and funds from Ripley County MVH funds may be transferred for a matching grant by the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund, which shall only be used for the purposes outlined by the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund, within the parameters of an approved Transportation Asset Management Plan.
(B) Any unused funds shall be returned to the appropriate originating fund from which said funds were obtained.
