§ 34.13 INTERNAL CONTROL STANDARDS/MATERIALITY PROCEDURES.
   There is hereby adopted the Ripley County Ethics Policy/Internal Control/Materiality Declaration regarding establishment of a policy on materiality and a process for reporting material items, attached to Ordinance 2016-06 and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
