§ 156.100 APPLICATION FORMS.
   Applications and petitions shall be prepared on the forms provided by the Executive Director (and Building Inspector), and accompanied by the filing fees herein specified, to be paid to the Executive Director who shall forthwith pay over to the Auditor of the county to the credit of the General Fund of the county.
