§ 156.082 VARIANCES FROM USE DISTRICT OR CLASSIFICATION NOT GRANTED.
   Neither the County Area Board of Zoning Appeals nor any other Board of Zoning Appeals continued in existence under the area planning law may grant a variance from a use district or classification under the Area Planning Law. (See I.C. 36-7-4-918.3.)
