All offers and contracts for the sale of real estate shall be accompanied by a written statement, signed by both the buyer and the seller, which informs the buyer that the real estate is subject to zoning regulations. The statement shall also inform the buyer that copies of the zoning regulations can be viewed and obtained from the County Executive Director in the Area Plan Commission office in the Courthouse at Versailles.
