Manufactured homes may be permitted in certain districts (see I.C. 36-7-4-1106), provided their use as a single-family dwelling unit incorporates a permanent foundation (see I.C. 22-12-1-1 et seq., as amended and § 156.020 of this chapter for definition), as well as the other requirements in this chapter.
