(A) Uses and buildings with a gross floor area of 5,000 square feet or more shall provide off-street loading spaces in accordance with the following table; provided that, loading spaces shall not be required for uses which do not receive or transmit goods or wares by truck delivery:

(B) Off-street loading areas shall be developed in accordance with the standards in § 156.535 of this chapter.
