They shall be subject to the specific conditions imposed and approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals: unless otherwise indicated or imposed by the Board of Zoning Appeals, the front, side and rear setback lines shall be the same as those required in the district in which the use is proposed to be located. Certain uses listed herein as requiring approval as special exceptions in the districts indicated may be allowed without the special exception procedure in certain other districts not listed below, if such use is normally permitted in such district.
