§ 156.328 LIMITATION ON REZONING.
   The Commission shall not initiate any amendments to this chapter concerning the property involved in the unit development plan before completion of the development as long as development is in conformity with the approved detailed unit development plan and proceeding in accordance with the time requirements imposed herein.
