§ 156.271 PERMITTED USES.

   (A)   Agricultural uses;

   (B)   Enclosed industrial uses specifically stated or implied in the following categories:

      (1)   Enclosed industrial uses including processing, refining, repairing of goods, materials or products;

      (2)   Engineering or research laboratories, vocational or industrial training facilities, data processing or analysis;

      (3)   Railroad or other mass transportation rights-of-way and trackage, including passenger stations, shelter stations and layover areas for transit vehicles, and off-street parking facilities; provided, however, such uses, except rights-of-way, shall not extend within 20 feet of a residential district;

      (4)   Enclosed wholesaling, warehousing, packaging, storage or distribution facilities (including commercial greenhouses);

      (5)   General offices associated with an industrial use, including service facilities for employees or guests; provided, however, any service facilities shall be entirely enclosed within a building;

      (6)   Printing, lithographing, publishing or photography establishments;

      (7)   Utility installations and facilities; and

      (8)   Public water wells, water stations, filtration plant, reservoirs and storage tanks.

   (C)   Special exceptions set forth in §§ 156.400 through 156.405 of this chapter;

   (D)   Contingent uses set forth in §§ 156.385 through 156.388 of this chapter;

   (E)   Accessory uses set forth in §§ 156.500 through 156.502 of this chapter; and

   (F)   Temporary uses set forth in §§ 156.515 through 156.518 of this chapter.
