§ 156.256 PERMITTED USES.
   (A)   Agricultural uses;
   (B)   Single-family dwelling;
   (C)   Manufactured home;
   (D)   Interchange business uses as follows: *(see note below)
      (1)   Restaurants or other eating establishments;
      (2)   Hotels and motels;
      (3)   Filling stations;
      (4)   Establishments selling souvenirs or other items intended primarily for tourists or through traffic; and
      (5)   Other uses oriented primarily to the traffic generated at interchanges or other high-volume areas, as determined by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
   (E)   Special exceptions set forth in §§ 156.400 through 156.405 of this chapter;
   (F)   Contingent uses set forth in §§ 156.385 through 156.388 of this chapter; and
   (G)   Accessory uses set forth in §§ 156.500 through 156.502 of this chapter.
   * NOTE: Any of the interchange business uses may be permitted as a special exception in the I-B District in accordance with the requirements of §§ 156.400 through 156.405 of this chapter.
