(A) This district is intended to provide for business uses located adjacent to interstate highway exchanges and which are primarily dependent on the volumes of traffic generated at these points.
(B) Because these uses will be in areas of heavy traffic volumes and high visibility, all uses in this district will be regulated in such a way as to maintain good traffic circulation and appearance.
