§ 156.226 PERMITTED USES.

   (A)   Agricultural use;

   (B)   Single-family dwelling;

   (C)   Two-family dwelling;

   (D)   Multi-family dwelling;

   (E)   Manufactured home;

   (F)   Local business uses;

   (G)   Roadside business uses specifically stated or implied in the following categories:

      (1)   Local business uses;

      (2)   Filling station;

      (3)   Automobile, truck or trailer rental and sales area;

      (4)   Automobile and truck repair, entirely within enclosed buildings;

      (5)   Indoor theater;

      (6)   Bowling alley, roller rink or racket sports facility, entirely within enclosed buildings;

      (7)   Department store;

      (8)   Hotel or motel;

      (9)   Veterinary hospital for small animals;

      (10)   Kennel;

      (11)   Newspaper publishing;

      (12)   Motor bus or railroad passenger station;

      (13)   Greenhouse not exceeding 1,000 square feet;

      (14)   Drive-in restaurant;

      (15)   Radio or television station or studio;

      (16)   Boat, sales, service, storage and rentals;

      (17)   Hospital;

      (18)   Laboratories for testing and research excluding the raising of animals for research and excluding the testing of fissionable material; and

      (19)   Mini-warehouse in accordance with the requirements of this section.

   (H)   Special exceptions set forth in §§ 156.400 through 156.405 of this chapter;

   (I)   Contingent uses set forth in §§ 156.385 through 156.388 of this chapter;

   (J)   Accessory uses set forth in §§ 156.500 through 156.502 of this chapter; and

   (K)   Temporary uses set forth in §§ 156.515 through 156.518 of this chapter.
